Carolanne Webb - was born and raised in Southern Oregon but has spent most of her life living in Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma. She has been in the funeral industry for over a decade. She attended The University of Arkansas Community College and obtained her Associate of Applied Science in Funeral Service Education in 2018. In 2020 she graduated from Mid-America College of Funeral Service with a Bachelor of Science in Funeral Service Management. Carolanne is currently licensed as a Funeral Director and Embalmer in the states of Louisiana, Texas, and Idaho.
Carolanne and her husband Chris, reside in Kamiah with their 4 children, Carolanne’s 2 siblings, and their 2 English Mastiffs. During her free time, she enjoys being outside, spending time with her family, and quilting.

Franklin is our dedicated Preneed Specialist, helping families plan ahead and find peace of mind for the future. With over five years of experience, he has guided countless families through important decisions that protect and provide for their loved ones.

Inspired by a desire to be a part of something greater than himself, Franklin chose this profession after experiencing the grief of losing a loved one. His mission is to support others during life's most difficult moments, ensuring every family feels cared for and prepared.

Outside of work, Franklin enjoys spending time in nature — riding horses, shooting, and camping. He is an Eagle Scout and remains active in his community, often playing sports or participating in charity races. Above all, he cherishes time with his family, especially spending time with his amazing nieces and nephews.

Franklin is committed to serving every family with compassion, sincerity, and a genuine desire to make the planning process as smooth and comforting as possible.
