In Loving Memory of Jack Duncan

December 10, 1950 - January 29, 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jack "Ripper" Duncan, a beloved son, father, and "Papa." Jack peacefully left this world on January 29, 2024, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy that will forever be engraved in the hearts of his surviving relatives.

Born on December 10, 1950, Jack Duncan embraced life with unmatched enthusiasm and zest. Throughout his years, he found solace in his favorite hobbies - hunting and fishing. Jack's love for the great outdoors led him to picturesque locations such as Fish Lake and Anthony's Flat in Utah, where he would spend countless hours angling and immersing himself in the beauty of nature. Among his fondest memories were the days spent steelhead fishing on the Clearwater River, creating stories that he eagerly recounted to family and friends.

Jack is survived by sons Preston (Cari) Duncan and Tanner (Sarah) Duncan. Grandchildren Jared (Briana and children Stella and Jax). Sierra (Chance and children Skylar and Nolan). Katie, Hannah, Kayzlee, Garrett, Mack. Jack is preceded in death by his parents Jack and Donna Duncan and his brother Brad Duncan.

Above all, Jack Duncan will be remembered as "Papa" - a loving and devoted father to his sons, Tanner and Preston Duncan. His presence in their lives was immeasurable, offering unwavering support and guidance through every joy and challenge they encountered. Jack's daughter-in-law, Sarah Duncan, was welcomed into the family with open arms, becoming an integral part of their lives and a symbol of the love and unity they held dear.

While our hearts grieve the loss, let us remember him not with sadness, but with a joyous celebration of a life well-lived. As we join together to honor Jack's memory, funeral services and ceremonies will be held at a later date to allow loved ones to gather, share stories.
