Burton Robert Crea, fondly known as Burt, was born on December 5th, 1964 in Spokane, WA passed away in his home on June 26th, 2023. He spent the majority of his life as a talented Electrical Engineer running his own business, before he found solace in a peaceful life in Kamiah, Idaho, for the last eight years. Burton, who was a creative and funny soul, had a deep love for art, an interest that added a vibrant hue to his life. His artistic pursuits resonated with his personality, adding a unique charm to his persona.
Burt’s life was a testament to his love for his family, art, his cats, and his close-knit circle of friends. Despite his journey through the trials and tribulations of life, his sense of humor remained unshaken, spreading laughter and joy amongst those around him. His talent in his professional field was acclaimed, but it was his art that truly spoke to his soul.
Burt is survived by his daughter, Amber Rotella; his son, Derrick Lyons; his brother, Frank Crea; his grandchildren, Anthony Rotella, Dakota Mott, Ozzie Cox, and Lola Cox; his cousins, Annie Downs, and Patti and Mike Baker; and his uncle, Art Snyder, and cousin, Mark Snyder. He was preceded in death by his father, James Crea; mother, Mary Snyder; and brother, James (Jimmy) Crea. .
